  The Vibrant® Soundbridge® is the first approved partially implantable “direct drive” hearing system. This system is indicated for candidates who have mild to severe sensorineural hearing loss and desire an alternative to an acoustic hearing aid.

The Vibrant® Soundbridge® consists of two primary components: the implanted portion called the Vibrating Ossicular Prosthesis (VORP) and an external unit called the Audio Processor (AP).
